automatically and free of charge. Customers with maintenance contracts

By E-mail: Update service Updates are sent out automatically by post. We regularly publish information about new features in our customer magazine CORPORATE REPORT and on our website. Users can either have new updates of a particular version sent to them by our hotline, or they can instead download the updates from the Forum.Example: When you have received Version 8.5 by post, you can obtain all subsequent updates of Version 8.5 from the Forum. The newly released version is too large to be downloaded from the internet. The "New Features" chapter of the user's manual and a list of the amended functions are likewise placed in the Forum.
