A free hotline service is provided for our customers with maintenance contracts. In addition, our maintenance contract customers are sent every new update automatically and free of charge. Customers with maintenance contracts also receive discounts for the workshops, seminars and group training they attend.

Update service

Updates are sent out automatically by post. We regularly publish information about new features in our customer magazine CORPORATE REPORT and on our website. Users can either have new updates of a particular version sent to them by our hotline, or they can instead download the updates from the Forum.
Example:
When you have received Version 8.5 by post, you can obtain all subsequent updates of Version 8.5 from the Forum. The newly released version is too large to be downloaded from the internet. The "New Features" chapter of the user's manual and a list of the amended functions are likewise placed in the Forum.

With a maintenance contract, you are well looked after in every respect and enjoy many benefits:

  • Update service
    All updates (usually two per year) are sent to you automatically and free of charge. This ensures that you have the latest version in use at all times. The maintenance fee works out to be far cheaper than purchasing every update separately.
  • Hotline service
    You may use our telephone hotline free of charge.
    The hotline is also available via E-mail.
  • Reduced attendance fees
    You receive a 10 % discount for workshops and group training attended by members of your company.
  • Internet Customer Forum
    All customers can register for our Customer Forum and communicate with other users in the password-protected area.
    This is where customers with maintenance contracts have a further advantage - they are also able to access our "Hotline FAQs" and download the latest version updates.
