Reception
Whenever
you visit us at our head office in Hamburg, you will first be given
a warm welcome at Reception. Incidentally, this is also where you
are greeted when you contact our office by telephone!
Hotline and Customer Support team
Our
Hotline and Customer Support team is available from Monday to Friday,
9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. The staff make your requests their business,
and are always ready to provide assistance in word and deed!
Sales team
Whether
over the telephone or in person – our Sales team will be
glad to answer your questions on all aspects of your investment
decision! Our Sales staff will be pleased to present the CP products "live" – at
CP or on your premises. They will also demonstrate how your particular
company can benefit from our products. See for yourself!
Training and Consulting team
Our
Training and Consulting team is constantly on the move for our
customers. The consultants are always glad to give you a visit
and, together with you, prepare your business data for optimal
corporate management – according to your individual requirements!
Of course, you can also come to us in Hamburg for training!
Event Management and Marketing
Needless
to say, our Event Management and Marketing staff are available
to you as well. Exciting events such as exhibitions, "Controlling
Snacks" and the annual Users' Meeting are planned and organised
for you here. This is also where material, including our customer
magazine CORPORATE REPORT, is produced in order to provide you
with up-to-date information!
Development
From
time to time, our Development is driven to despair by your requirements!
However, the developers have often presented the solution to the
problem the following morning, with sleepy eyes yet grinning mischievously!
