Johannes Boppre takes over from Matthias Kläsener

CP Corporate Planning AG (CP) is having a new Managing Director. Johannes Boppre (32) takes up his new position as MD at the software vendor for business management in the SME sector with effect from 1st November 2021. He succeeds Matthias Kläsener, who has decided that he will be leaving Corporate Planning on 31st December 2021 in order to take on new professional challenges.

“We’re delighted to have won over such an experienced manager for this important position as Johannes Boppre. The fact that we were able to fill this role with an executive from within the company shows the great potential for management talents in the proALPHA Group,” emphasizes Eric Verniaut, CEO of the proALPHA Group, to which Corporate Planning has belonged since May 2021. “We’d like to express our sincere thanks to Matthias Kläsener, who has done an outstanding job since 2018 and contributed significantly to the success of Corporate Planning. Through his enthusiasm and commitment to the software’s cloud transformation, he has set an important strategic course for the future, leaving behind strong foundations on which his successor can build.”

Johannes Boppre has been responsible for the development and quality assurance of the Corporate Planning solution portfolio as Chief Technology Officer and a member of the executive board since 2015. Before that, the graduate in commercial information technology held various positions at SAP for seven years.

“I’m very much looking forward to the new challenge and am extremely grateful for the trust placed in me,” says Mr Boppre. “Together with proALPHA, we will continue on the course we have taken and focus even more strongly on customer success in the context of the cloud transformation.”
