New Customer Portal now online

CP Corporate Planning AG is now providing its customers with even easier access to their very own Corporate Planning world. The new Customer Portal stands out not only with a fresh design but also with a structure that is geared to the needs of the users, as well as intuitive menu navigation. This ensures that Corporate Planning customers can always keep track of the relevant downloads and the latest software updates, forthcoming events and their company’s support history.

“Our new Customer Portal is a modern, user-friendly digital platform that has a wealth of interesting and relevant content for the users of our software,” says Kevin Barber, Head of Customer Development. “Be it practical tips on getting more out of the software, industry news, special events or attractive offers: the content is always tailored to each user’s individual needs.”

Customers can now sign up for their training courses in the new portal and manage their bookings quickly and easily. The registration form is prefilled with the user’s personal data.
A rights management system allows customers to define the permissions of each user in the company. Users of the Corporate Planning software can also request support and keep track of their company’s support tickets via the platform.
