Objective
The objective of this workshop is to enable the participants to apply the rules of the IBCS SUCCESS formula to their own reports and presentations.
Prerequisites
Participants in this seminar must have already attended the introductory IBCS® with SUCCESS seminar. The seminar is only available in German.

- Objective of this workshop and overview of the two days

Convey a Message (SAY)
- Elaboration of rules for creating convincing storylines, using appropriate wording and for highlighting messages
- Individual exercise on wording

Organize Content (STRUCTURE)
- Elaboration of rules for homogeneous, non-overlapping and exhaustive structuring
- Group exercise on improving a poorly structured text

- Elaboration of rules for choosing appropriate chart and table types
